The German Convention Bureau and Munich Convention Bureau invite you to experience Munich from June 26 -28 2016!

With its world-famous „Gemütlichkeit“ and colorful traditions, the southern German favourite at the foot of the Bavarian Alps offers the perfect package for the meetings industry: first class infrastructure and venues, arts, culture and entertainment galore plus some beautiful outdoors at the city’s doorstep.  A truly M“unique“ experience.

During this three day trip to Munich we will inform you about the many possibilities to organise your events and how you can benefit from the industry expertise in this wonderful city in Germany's south. 


Sunday, June 26

  • Arrive at Munich Airport 
  • Transfer to the The Westin Grand, Lunch and Site inspection
    The Westin Grand Munich is conveniently located in the Bogenhausen district with the city’s sights at your doorstep and excellent transport connections from the Arabellapark. In just a few minutes, you can enjoy the very best Munich has to offer.

  • City Rally
    Get to know Munich and its venues in a unique way – and with a lot of fun. Learn interesting facts about the city and interact with the locals. 

Monday, June 27

  • Site Visit: Allianz Arena 
    The impressive Allianz Arena is home to Bayern Munich, a household name around the world. Be it exclusive business meetings, a presentation or simply a private party - the most modern football stadium in the world is ideal if you need an extra special setting for your event.
  • Site Visit and Lunch: Dolce Hotel 
    The Dolce Munich Unterschleissheim is the largest hotel and conference center in the north of Munich. Located in between the city center and the airport, Dolce Hotel offers the ideal location for events and meetings. The combination of modern and traditional Bavarian elements lets you experience "Dolce moments" and the real Bavaria from the first minute. 
  • Picnic in the English Garden with Yodel-Seminar
    Munich at its best - but with a twist: Experience Munich's English Garden, the city’s beloved green heart and a Mecca for recreational athletes, whilst attending a yodeling seminar.
  • Brewery Tour in one of Munich's breweries 
  • Dinner

  • Site Visit: BMW Welt and Event Forum 
    Automotive industry talk: Learn about Munich’s key industrial sector and see the power of innovation at work in this stunning venue. 
  • Lunch  
  • Depart for Munich Airport
