Memorable Munich Engagements

Want to get adventurous at a venue? Munich has three new spots to keep attendees fully engaged while learning, collaborating, networking or enjoying some downtime.

In March 2017, The Jochen Schweizer Arena, just 5 miles from downtown Munich, will open. It features a unique combination of meeting and event spaces alongside indoor and outdoor experiences. Meeting elements can include surfing for beginners through experts at “The Wave” pool, flying in a wind tunnel, climbing, zip lining or doing the Team Mission course at the Skytrail.

Then opening in Fall 2017, The APASSIONATA Show Palace, a 1,790-seat event venue next to the Allianz Arena, will be home to world-class horse and rider performances inspired by dressage and acrobatics with a strong dash of magic, music and theatrical flair. It will also be available for meetings, and offer special experience packages including leadership training with show horses and life kinetic (aka energy) workshops.

When it is time for some downtime, delegates can relax and recharge at the new creative and trendy Roomers Hotel in Munich, opening April 2017. In addition to featuring 281 guest rooms and almost 1,000 square feet of meeting space, their Luxury Spa includes an infinity Jacuzzi with an adjoining cinema screen and a unique Spa bar that brings together guests and residents for a cool, local vibe.

No matter the size of the group, Munich has many options to help meeting attendees engage with and experience “Wow!”
