IMEX America is one of the most important trade shows of the meetings and events industry in the North American market. IMEX America 2019 attracted more than 4,226 trade visitors, including 3,426 hosted buyers from 68 countries who learned about services and products offered by 3,500 exhibitors from 150 countries.

The German Convention Bureau teams with many German exhibitors to showcase Germany as a convention and meetings destination at IMEX America in Las Vegas. The German Pavilion is part of the Foreign Trade Fair Participation Program by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy in cooperation with AUMA, the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry. The Ministry initiated this program to promote German foreign trade, giving companies with “made in Germany” products and services the opportunity to participate in international events and trade shows at lower cost.
